What are the new legal services?
We are pleased to inform you that over the past year we have expanded our range of services available. Which now includes our sister firm Harries Watkins Jones Wills & Probate. As a result, we are now able to offer clients new and old, a range of legal services covering all aspects of Non-continuous Probate, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) and Inheritance Tax planning.
Why did we add these services?
It makes perfect sense for us to offer this legal service which compliments the tax and accounting services we already offer. We believe it is more important than ever to ensure your legal affairs are in order and this has been clearly evident to us all during the Covid 19 pandemic. Both Neil Harries and Chris Jones, in addition to being Chartered Accountants, are now authorised to undertake Non-contentious probate work by ICAEW. This is of particular benefit to existing accountancy clients. As naturally, we will already to be aware of many aspects of our clients’ assets and tax affairs. Putting us in the ideal position to help their loved ones deal with their estates once they have passed away.
A strengthened team
Whilst we already have a multi-skilled team of accountants with expertise including Inheritance Tax and Probate, we have strengthened it with the addition of Solicitor Cath Brown. Cath is a great asset to the firm. She has vast experience in Wills and Probate work and is highly respected. BBC Wales recently interviewed Cath on the topic of Wills and digital assets.
